Our concept here with Henry’Serendipity is to make you CREATE your own jewel because we are absolutely sure it is for someone special.
Here, with us, you will be able to adapt your creation to the person's eye color, age or family position. Chose the model and pearl size, the length, the brightness, all necessary details to be sure of making the difference.

Genuine, unique, exceptional and alive goes with comprehension, sensitiveness and understanding. Depending on your decision about model size, color and quality, we will have to spend time on research and creation..
Nothing like “industrial production” or precise “schedule”! We are so far from this... 3 to 6 years of hard genuine traditional work to grow them… Our farmers work as they where told by our elders with no air tank or speed boat. Yes our pearl is alive and have a DNA as research discovered.
We know that our relation will become a personal one, so we NEED a personal contact. We NEED to understand your goal, aim, will. We NEED to define your precise intimate desire and listen to your choices. Then, when delivering, we will have you satisfied.
As said, we work on an “hand to hand” delivering mode , for different specific reasons: Because your created jewel is an individual act you are doing, pearls where grown by individual farmers, the mounting will be made by an individual jeweler and for that we act accordingly. Because our elders where chocked by the idea of “sending pearls in a box”, we decided that a carrier is definitely not adapted.
We will be delighted to meet you, maybe also the person that will wear the jewel, I will have to give you personally the “certificate of origin” (to be kept versus our life warranty) and….why not, if you would like me to deliver directly during a special occasion party and explain how our pearls are alive…I will be delighted to do so.
- When not wearing it, please store your pearl jewel in its original box, it has been specially designed for it. Pearls have a hardness of 2.5 on the Mohs scale, meaning putting them among other jewels and precious stones would scrape them. By comparison, nails have a index of 2.2 and quartz of 7.
- Before storing, polish them with a cleaning device that will be given to you.
- Chlorinated water from pools, chlorine kills the pearls.
- Aggressive cleaning products or ones containing alcohol.
- Use of perfume close to pearls.
The “Henry’Serendipity” spirit places us to an intimate level with you. All details of your jewels will be confidentially archived: Production steps, jewel name, color, pearl size, category, shape and luster.
100% hand made by our jewelers, carefully chosen for their work quality, your jewel will be coming with the official French Polynesian “certificate of origin” delivered by our authorities.
Our creations are made of only the best materials, based on your choices. The nylon or silk thread we use for a pearl necklace is also chosen for its quality and when mounting it we insert one knot between each pearl for two reasons:
1°: So that your pearls will not rub against each other and will not produce any mechanical wear on the mother of pearl.
2°: So that, in case of thread breaking, you will not lose all your pearls.
The thread, silk or nylon, should normally be changed every three to six years depending on several factors:
- Frequency and wearing attitude towards your jewel.
- Place and way of storing it.
- Country weather condition, sun exposure, humidity, low temperatures, etc…
- Your skin acidity level.
(your jeweler is absolutely professional enough to check it and act on it if necessary, if he has to change it, please do not forget to ask him to make a knot between each pearl)
We, then, deliver you a jewel with a fine quality control and, due to this, we will come with a lifetime warranty, of course with respect to a normal and responsible use.
